I'm Chelsea — a creative at heart who longs to see people experience more beauty in life and more of God's presence. 

Just a girl longing to taste and see the goodness of God.

I’m a wife (to my sweet hubby, Al) and a bonus mama (to Reilly). We have a puppy named Ruby and a cat named Egg Roll (obsessed with both).

A few years ago, we purchased and renovated my childhood home. It’s now one of my greatest joys to care for this space that holds the heart and soul of our family. Not to mention, I’m a total homebody.

I’m a creative through-and-through. I’ve always dabbled in photography, design, and writing, and I’ve spent most of my career working in marketing.

Other little tidbits: I’m a tea lover, plant lady, and morning person. Give me a good book and a cozy coffee shop and I’ll be a happy girl forever. I’ve been to 16 countries (and counting). I’ll never outgrow the joy of getting a good snowstorm. I love Asian food, walks outside, and organizing to-do lists like it’s a competitive sport (truly—an addict).

I’m a work-in-progress. A maker-of-mistakes who is deeply thankful for grace.

I’ve walked some hard roads with anxiety and am currently navigating infertility. Through it all, I’m seeking God’s face and learning to see His faithfulness in every season.

On a more personal note:

I’m continually learning what it means to live out my faith more authentically. More humbly, prayerfully and generously. To let the light in. To be present. To tune my heart more deeply to God. To take bold steps when He nudges and gentle ones when He invites stillness.

My greatest desire is to pursue the heart of God and to see His Kingdom reflected in everyday life. Not perfectly, but faithfully.

I have spent a number of years creating and sharing short-form content on Instagram (which I love and will continue!), but have felt a deep prompting to return to writing in a different way - sharing more fully and intentionally.

So this space was born out of that: a love for words. And a deep love for Jesus and for people. But also out of a growing desire to encourage women to slow down, listen closely, and step into the callings God has placed on their lives.

I think deeply and feel deeply.
And write to help others do the same.
